Swydo bills per connected account. We bill per client report.

Swydo is $69 a month including ten data sources, with white label, a custom domain and unlimited clients thrown in. At a handful of clients on one or two platforms each it is the best value in this category and we will not pretend otherwise. The difference worth understanding is the unit: their bill grows with every account you connect, ours grows with every client you report on.

The short answer

When Swydo is the right call, and when it is not

Swydo is a genuinely good product at a genuinely low price. This comparison is about which unit fits the shape of your client list.

Stay on Swydo if

  • Your clients each run one or two platforms. Ten data sources covers five clients on two platforms for $69 a month, which nothing here beats.
  • You have a lot of clients and few accounts each. Unlimited clients on a per-source bill is exactly the right way round for that shape.
  • You are in the EU and want to be billed in euros. Their pricing is quoted in EUR there, which removes an exchange-rate problem we do not solve.
  • None of your clients run Local Services Ads, so the connector we would be charging you for is not one you need.
  • Your client list changes constantly but your account count does not. Unlimited clients on a per-source bill absorbs churn in a way a per-client bill cannot.

Move to Reports if

  • Your clients each run five or six accounts. That is the shape where per-source billing catches up, and where our per-report unit stops charging you for depth.
  • Your clients run Local Services Ads and you want leads, charged leads, calls, messages and bookings in the same total as paid search.
  • You want the report to project the quarter against goal, with modelled figures badged as modelled rather than blended into the total.
  • Your SEO vendor sends a monthly ranking workbook, and you want its positions and its AI visibility tab reported without buying a separate tracking subscription.
  • You want paid search, SEO and site care as separate pages of one client report, each scoped to its own sources.

The arithmetic

The same fifteen clients, billed two different ways

One of us bills per client and one per connected account, so the only fair comparison is the same agency priced on both — and one reason their column is lower is worth saying out loud rather than pocketing quietly.

The agency

A fifteen-client home-services agency in the US. Each client runs Google Ads, Local Services Ads, GA4, Search Console, Business Profile and CallRail — six accounts, or five on a tool that cannot connect Local Services.

Billed monthly with no commitment, which works out at $10.97 a client. The ninety connected accounts do not appear on the bill at all — the unit is the client report.

Seventy-five sources, not ninety, because Local Services Ads cannot be connected — so part of what makes this column cheaper is a channel that is missing from the report.

What this arithmetic assumes

  • Swydo's rate is the monthly one. Annual billing takes 10% off their base, and their prices exclude VAT, which matters if you are inside the EU.
  • We have counted six connected accounts per client on our side and five on theirs, because Local Services Ads is absent from their integrations list. Counting six on both would put them at $360 rather than $292.50 for the source line.
  • Change the shape and the answer changes with it. Fifteen clients on two platforms each is thirty data sources: $159 with them against $164.50 with us. Per-source billing is not a trap, it is a different unit, and at low account counts it is genuinely better value.
  • Five clients on two platforms each is twenty sources — $114 with them and $67 with us. That is the shape where they win outright.

Where the unit shows

What per-report billing changes about how you work

The point of a unit is not the arithmetic. It is which decisions the pricing quietly discourages.

Connecting one more account is free

When a client adds CallRail, or a second Google Ads account, or the Business Profile nobody had wired up, there is no line item and no approval to seek. Under a per-source bill, every one of those is a small monthly decision — and the reliable outcome of small monthly decisions is that some accounts never get connected, which is how a channel goes missing from a report.

Depth on a client costs nothing

A client with six accounts costs us the same as a client with two. That is the pricing being aligned with the argument we make everywhere else on this site: the report should count everything the client is buying, and nothing about the bill should make you hesitate about that.

But it cuts both ways

Fifteen clients on two platforms each is thirty data sources:$159 a month all-in with Swydo, against $164.50 with us. Five clients on two platforms is better for them still. If that is your shape, their unit is the right one and no feature on this page changes that arithmetic.

From both sides of the report

Counting everything, and sending it without a meeting

Two accounts on the two things this comparison touches: whether every channel reaches the total, and what arrives in the client's inbox.

Counting every channel

The first month it counted both channels, our cost per lead dropped by twenty dollars on paper. Nothing about the marketing had changed — somebody was finally adding it up properly. That is the number we set the budget on.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before they switch

Answered against Swydo's published pricing and integrations pages as read on 15 August 2026.

Which one is cheaper?
Whichever suits the shape of your client list. Their bill grows with connected accounts and ours with clients, so five clients on two platforms each is $114 with them against $67 with us — they win. Fifteen home-services clients on five or six accounts each is $361.50 with them against $164.50 with us — we win. Count your accounts before you count your clients.
What is the catch with per-source pricing?
Nothing hidden — it is simply a different unit, and it rewards a different shape of client. Two platforms a client is cheap. Six is not: each account past the tenth is $4.50 a month, so a client with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Business Profile, CallRail and a call-tracking sheet costs six times that line. With us, the sixth account on a client costs nothing, because the unit is the report.
Does Swydo support Google Local Services Ads?
Not as far as we can see: it is absent from their integrations list, checked 15 August 2026. It is worth noting that this makes their bill lower in our worked example too — one of the six accounts a home-services client runs simply cannot be connected.
Is Swydo still being actively developed?
Yes. We checked specifically, because it is a fair question about the cheapest option in any category, and found posts dated 29 July and 3, 5, 7 and 10 August 2026. Whatever else this comparison decides, it is not deciding between a live product and a stalled one.
